Full Job Description

The job will be full-time, on-site and contract-based for a 6 month tenure. The contract may be extended further with mutual agreement or upgraded to a permanent position in the company.

Day to day responsibilities include:
Bring 3D characters as well as non-living objects to life with motion and emotion.
Create interesting stylized and abstract compositions.
Using a broad range of 3D Animation and 3D Motion Graphics abilities.
Work with team members to identify and solve problems, both technically and artistically.
Brainstorm ideas and innovative solutions with our team.
**Requirements**:
Good drawing skills with a sense of storytelling, staging, composition, timing and character acting.
Be responsible and be able to manage time and meet deadlines.
Experience with character animation including lip-sync and key posing/blocking in a CG Animation environment.
Good understanding of Autodesk Maya in a production-based environment. Knowledge of Autodesk 3DS Max is a plus.
Good knowledge of animation workflows, character rigs and storyboard interpretation.
A positive focused approach to work, flexibility and ability to be responsive to change.
Knowledge of 3D motion graphics and tools like MASH in Autodesk Maya is a plus.
Basic 3D Modelling and Rigging knowledge would be appreciated.

Letter of recommendation will be provided at the end of the tenure based on the artist's performance throughout.
