**Position overview***:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated

***to develop digital and print design

concepts through to finished designs, to a brief and on schedule, to ensure the marketing team and

relevant departments have outstanding visual assets.

Working in collaboration with the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering visually engaging designs that help support our commercial goals while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

- Develop and design a range of digital and print promotional materials and sales enablement
- Design website and online advertising assets
- Develop engaging and accurate infographics
- Support the business with visually innovative sales presentations
- Image retouching and editing as and when required
- Design ad-hoc visual content as requested by the marketing team
- Ensure correct brand assets are used and brand voice is maintained
- Proactively follow industry best practices and identify design trends to further increase visibility

- Extensive experience in a creative design role
- Exceptional knowledge of design principles, colour theory and best practices
- Highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D and/or Blender advantageous but not essential
- A passion for digital and print design
- High level of written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team/virtual team
- Ability to adapt and change to accommodate priority projects
