Residential Special Educator for Autistic Child

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Residential Special Female Educator to support 5 year-old autistic daughter. The educator will play a key role in her daily life, academic progress, therapy integration, and social development while ensuring a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one special education support tailored to her needs

Accompany her to school, ensuring participation and collaboration with teachers.

Assist with daily activities, self-care, and communication skills.

Work alongside therapists (ABA, Speech, Occupational Therapy) to implement strategies at home.
Develop individualized learning plans, monitor progress, and adjust methods accordingly.

Encourage social interaction, emotional regulation, and life skills.

Create a structured, engaging, and stress-free learning environment.

Support behavior management and help in building independence.

Degree/Diploma in Special Education (B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education) or Certification in Autism/ABA Therapy.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with autistic children.

Familiarity with teaching strategies for autism, sensory integration, and communication techniques.

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to the child’s needs.

Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and a structured approach to learning.

Willing to commit for at least 2-3 years.
