**Introduction**:
Life Circle Health Services Pvt Ltd is a home nursing and caregiving company with operations in Hyderabad and Delhi. Life Circle is partnered with Groupe SOS, France, to bring European standards in nursing and caregiving quality to Indian seniors.
Life Circle operates a senior citizen Caregiver Training Centre in Hyderabad. The Training Centre will train youth and employ them in Life Circle as caregivers. This course will be three months long.
We are recruiting staff committed to the cause and willing to work hard and bring their experience and expertise in running this project and being the leading champions for Life Circle's training program.
**Job description for Mobilisation Officer**
1. **Mobilisation Officer's **main role is mobilising students from Srikakulam and Vijaynagram districts continuously for training batches.
2. The mobilisation will begin with a community meeting to address interested students' village elders and families. We primarily run batches of girls. So the preparation for the meeting should be done accordingly
3. After the meeting, a listing of the students along with their names, phone numbers and guardian signs should be taken
4. Each batch is expected to have 30 students.
5. Once selected the mobiliser must ensure that all the documents of the students are submitted, and the student joins the class on the batch start date
6. The mobiliser should also be familiar with a backup list of students so that in case of dropouts in the first week, students can be replaced to bring the batch to full strength
7. Mobilisation should be done throughout Srikakulam and Vijaynagram districts.
8. Mobilisation officer is expected to use his/her bike for travel up to 100 kms one way. Travel costs will be reimbursed on submission of daily reports only at the designated rate.
9. Mobilisation in other districts will need to be done through NGOs / partners.
10. Partnerships should be created with field-level NGOs at the district/sub-district level so that suitable students can be sourced on a regular basis
11. Work with the training centre team in providing assistance in placements after the training
- both the On Job Training and the job placements
**Performance appraisal**:
Key performance indicators include
1. Number of youths in each training batch
2. Number of youths working during the post-placement survey
- an indicator that you have counselled them well.
3. Number of partners created across district for mobilising students
**Qualification**:
1. Graduate with two years of experience in community-based mobilisation, including conversations with students, parents and elders in the community. MSW would be preferred.
2. Commitment to work for 2 years
3. Compassion and understanding of problems of the elderly and responsive towards their passion
4. Adequate knowledge of English and computer basics.
**Reporting**:
To report to work at the office time announced by the Centre Head. To proceed for mobilisation only after signing in. The position will report to the Centre head
