Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business growth.
- Identify and attract potential customers while ensuring customer retention.
- Drive an increase in sales orders and explore opportunities for commercial gains.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and healthy credit control.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and provide necessary market insights to Director.
- Identify and study competitors' Product features, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Actively engaging with potential and existing customers in assigned territories.
- Ensure reduction of order backlogs by coordinating with Customer, Production and Finance Function
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Regularly report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in any field.
- **Should have 2 years of experience in marketing and sales. Fresher’s can also apply.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
