**Data abstractors** review patient records and enter specific information needed from that record on to a tool. The data that is captured on the tool by the data abstraction team is then analyzed by various other teams within CAI to provide insights to the pharma clients.

**What are we looking for**:

- Oncology experience is preferable; familiarity with how cancer is treated from diagnosis through treatment & recovery & an understanding of cancer terminology.
- Experience in entering the data or review of data in other therapeutic areas like, cardiovascular, immunology, Metabolic diseases are also considered.
- Understanding the diagnostic, pathology and other reports, obtain the required and exact information.
- Experience in reading of medical records or reports or any patient treatment related data is desirable.
- Ability to make independent judgments in abstracting medical data and the knowledge of when to seek input from other staff.
- Medical knowledge is mandatory (Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Dental, etc.)
- Computer skills are required, as 90% of work activity involves working with a computer. Comfort with technology, and willingness to learn new software programs is highly desirable.
- Flexibility in coping with changing work assignments, changing project requirements, varying training meeting schedules, and database resources that may not ways function optimally.

**Office and Timings**:
**Work Location**: Bangalore

**Working hours**: 8 AM to 5 PM

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Transport**: We will provide cab facility on request

**Work from home**: NO

**Learning**: Training will be provided on the tool, Oncology domain and healthcare standards. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
