**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant market data, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in market sizing exercises, identifying potential market opportunities, and evaluating market segments.
- Compile and analyze research data, generating reports and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain databases for storing and organizing market research information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the IT consulting business.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires.
- Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to analyze and visualize research data effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Market Research Associate or similar role for 1-2 years.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of IT consulting concepts such as data analytics, AI-ML, cloud computing, Salesforce, SAP, etc., is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,497.87 - ₹30,000.00 per month
