**Job Description**:
As the Social Media Handler at Bishop House, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, engaging with our audience, and driving awareness and traffic to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Bishop House's brand objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently, optimizing posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our audience.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to showcase Bishop House's offerings, promotions, events, and initiatives through creative content and storytelling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and events, to ensure social media efforts align with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify Bishop House's message and extend our reach within our target market.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation, addressing any negative feedback or issues with professionalism and discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends, with the ability to leverage each platform's unique features and audience demographics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Photography, graphic design, and video editing skills are desirable but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and business needs.
