**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team at ABC SYNTHETICS PVT LTD As a manufacturer specializing in PTFE, silicone, stainless steel (SS), PVC, and rubber hoses, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively promote and sell our products to potential customers. The Salesperson will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
**Identify and pursue sales opportunities**: Actively seek out and identify new sales prospects within assigned territories or industries. Generate leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers.

**Product knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our PTFE, silicone, SS, PVC, and rubber hose product range. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.

**Customer relationship management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their needs.

**Sales presentations and negotiations**: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales negotiations to secure new business. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively close deals.

**Achieve sales targets**:Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a regular basis. Continuously monitor sales performance and take appropriate actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

**Market research and competitor analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitive strategies.

**Sales reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the management team.

**Requirements**:
**Proven sales experience**:Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or B2B environment. Experience selling hoses or related industrial products will be an advantage.

**Strong communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

**Customer-focused**:Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Results-driven**:Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

**Self-motivated**:Highly motivated and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Team player**:Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the sales department and the company.

**Travel availability**:Willingness to travel within assigned territories to meet customers and attend industry events as required.
