Design Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience. Create visual concepts, sketches, and layouts using design software

Graphic Design Development: Develop and produce design assets such as logos, illustrations, infographics, typography, and other visual elements for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website.

Branding: Ensure brand consistency by following established brand guidelines and creating designs that align with the brand's visual identity. Help develop and maintain brand assets, such as logos, color palettes, and typography styles.

Layout and Composition: Arrange visual elements, text, and images in a visually pleasing and balanced manner for both print and digital media.

Image Editing and Enhancement: Manipulate and enhance images using software tools and adjust colors, retouch photos, and ensure high-quality image output.

File Preparation and Delivery: Prepare final design files for different mediums, ensuring appropriate formats, resolutions, and color modes. Deliver designs in a timely manner, meeting the technical requirements of various platforms or printing processes.

Quality Control: Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications. Conduct quality checks on printed or published designs to verify their visual integrity.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in design software or other industry-standard tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment in collaboration with marketing team

Excellent communication skills to effectively interpret design briefs, present ideas, and incorporate feedback from all the stakeholders.

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Flexibility and adaptability to evolving design requirements and client preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
