CIB IT Production's mandate is to manage daily APS requests with a proximity support for specific processes needing high expertise.

ITIP is one of core department function in CIB IT Production where it specializes in IT Infrastructure support for all end users in BNPP.

Position Purpose
- IT HUB Bangalore by BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is designed to provide centralized IT services to CIB businesses globally, with a focus on innovation, agility, and efficiency. The scope is worldwide with teams located in main regions (Asia, India, Europe, Americas) and it covers the production maintenance of the platforms as well. _

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**:

- MQ Software Product installation (configuration, packages, upgrades, fixpacks, maintenance, etc )
- QMGRs definition (configuration, etc.)
- MQ flows creation (MQ objects definition, etc.)
- SSL knowledge (architecture, certs renewal procedure, etc.)
- Pub/Sub topology and configuration
- Troubleshooting in MQ (Clients MQ, support DEV teams, etc.)
- BlockIP config (whitelisting)
- ServiceNow ticketing tool (requests, incidents, etc.)
- Plan and implement PROD changes and interventions
- Be part of the on-call support service 24x7
- Use of MQ remote admin tools (i.e: Appwatch, MVMA, MQExplorer, etc.)
- Usage and configuration of QPASA monitoring tool (BMC)
- Solace technology basics
- Ansible & scripting skills for developing new automations
- Interaction with vendors (opening cases, etc.)
