- The role of the Finance Associate is a financial support role for the shared service areas of Global Business Services (GBS), One Hubbell Finance (OHF), One Hubbell Payroll (OHPR), and Corporate Accounting, reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creates purchase requisitions for all functional shared services areas
- Creates vendor set up forms for new vendors and vendor updates as needed; coordinates with vendor master team for all above functions
- Submits and track invoices for payment.
- Prepares monthly third-party provider reports as needed/directed.
- Proper co-ordination and communication with AP team as well as vendors.
- Create system access requests for contractors and be the first point of contact for their queries.
- Supports assigned tasks from Sr Financial Analyst including:

- Monitors monthly results against the budget.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions related to company codes, with regular reviews of budget and forecast vs. actual.
- Estimates and forecasts future financial need and supports programs with financial analytics.
- Prepares quarterly forecasts; reviews and submits timely with management review and approval.
- Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
- Prepare accruals and allocations as directed.
- Assist in any other interim corporate tasks/reports as needed.
