Trainer/teacher for Nda

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct focused classes for NDA and CDS written examinations covering Mathematics, General Knowledge, and English.
- Guide students in SSB preparation, including interview techniques, group discussions, and psychological assessments.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, mock tests, and personalized feedback sessions.
- Stay updated on exam patterns and strategies for success.
- Inspire and mentor students with a disciplined approach to help them achieve their goals.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant disciplines (Mathematics, Science, Humanities, or Psychology preferred).
- Proven experience in training for NDA/CDS exams and SSB preparation.
- Strong command of exam syllabi, techniques, and selection processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Background in the armed forces or prior experience in defense training is highly desirable.
