**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical Maintenance**:

- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose faults in production equipment.
- Repair or replace defective components and wiring as needed.
- **Equipment Repair and Calibration**:

- Repair and calibrate electrical and electronic components of packaging machinery, such as conveyors, fillers, and sealers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
- Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with production operators and other maintenance team members to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding equipment status and maintenance schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical maintenance.
- Minimum 1-2years of experience as an electrician or maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
