Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care Support
- Assisting patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Helping with mobility & repositioning
- Feeding & hydration support

2. Monitoring & Reporting
- Taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Observing & reporting changes in patient condition to senior staff
- Recording intake/output & other basic health metrics

3. Clinical Assistance
- Assisting with wound care & dressing changes
- Supporting during medical examinations or minor procedures
- Preparing equipment & maintaining a clean clinical environment

4. Emotional & Social Support
- Offering companionship & emotional reassurance
- Communicating with patients & their families with empathy
- Supporting mental well being, especially in elderly or long term care patients

5. Administrative Tasks
- Maintaining patient records
- Ensuring bed linens & patient areas are clean
- Managing basic supplies & stock in wards

Key skills required
- Geriatric/elder care knowledge
- Basic medical knowledge
- Physical stamina
- Attention to detail
- Completion of ANM, GNM, or HCA training (preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts
- Kind, patient, and respectful attitude

**Benefits**:

- Training stipend: 6,100-8,000/month (Internship)
- Placement salary: 13,000-20,000/month (experienced),
