We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Expert to join our Wealth Solutions team. Client Service Experts work with external clients to resolve topic specific issues and inquiries requiring specific knowledge and skill sets. They are the first point of contact for topic specific inquiries. This is a hybrid role requiring in office attendance at least three days per week.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Ensuring requests are executed or questions resolved, including coordination with required operations
- Keeping abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending group meetings and trainings, keeping abreast of communications, and understanding changes to processes
- Participating in consistent processes, tools, and platforms to manage calls and cases Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
