- **Sample collection and preparation**:Collecting blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids from patients according to proper procedures, labeling samples accurately, and preparing them for analysis.
- **Performing laboratory tests**:Operating specialized equipment like microscopes, centrifuges, analyzers, and automated systems to perform routine and specialized tests on samples.
- **Data analysis and interpretation**:Analyzing test results, interpreting data based on established parameters, and identifying abnormalities that may indicate a medical condition.
- **Quality control**:Regularly performing quality control checks on equipment and reagents to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- **Equipment maintenance**:Calibrating, cleaning, and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Record keeping**:Accurately documenting test results, patient information, and relevant details in laboratory records.
- **Report generation**:Preparing clear and concise laboratory reports for physicians, including test results and interpretations.
- **Safety protocols**:Adhering to strict safety guidelines regarding handling hazardous materials, biohazard waste disposal, and personal protective equipment.
- **Collaboration with healthcare team**:Communicating test results to physicians, consulting with them on appropriate follow-up tests, and collaborating on patient care.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
