The Loan Executive for document collection and sourcing is a vital position in the loan origination process, ensuring the efficient gathering of required documents and supporting the growth of the loan portfolio through effective loan sourcing strategies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Loan Sourcing**:

- Collaborate with the village Sarpanches and other local resources to identify potential loan customers and source new leads of agri loans.
- Utilize various channels such as databases, referrals, and networking to identify and connect with potential customers who may be seeking products to buy cattle, feed and other dairy business products.
- Organize camps to educate the potential customers and collect documents.
- Assess the creditworthiness and aspiration of the potential customers towards dairying as a business.

**Document Collection**:

- Review collected documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Accurately input customer data and loan-related information into the loan origination system or database.

**Customer Service and Support**:
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices during the loan process.

**Salary - Rs 1.80 lacs pa
- 2.40 lacs pa**

**TA - As per company policy.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
