**Archer Associate Employee Experience Advisor** This is not your typical Employee Experience position or your typical growing, global tech company. Only those who consider themselves "utility players" need apply. You must be able to effectively support leadership strategically, collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams globally and remotely. You must also be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done - including administration and coordination as needed. **Our Associate Employee Experience Advisor**: - Is responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support virtually and in-person as needed across multiple HR functions to a particular geographic area - primarily our Bangalore, India on-site location as well as virtually support our APJ region - including but not limited to Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Korea. May also provide back-up support to our Europe, Middle East and Americas locations as well. - Serves as primary point-of-contact for “tier 1” and potentially “tier 2” employee inquiries/concerns and consultation including but not limited to HR-related policies, practices, benefits administration/programs, maintaining employee files and records, providing operational support on onboarding/off-boarding/transfers and assisting with other HRBP/Generalist support virtually and/or on-site as needed. - Assists with the administration of vendor programs and manages vendors’ service level performance. - Project manages site and cross-functional HR operations, talent management, performance management, mobility and similar initiatives as assigned by leadership. **Core Team Competencies**: - Sense of Urgency with Quality - Customer-Oriented Mindset - Collaborative Communication - Solution-oriented Problem Solving - Acts with Accountability / self-motivated - Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing demands **Key Responsibilities**: - Directs employees to appropriate resolution resources - Exercises independent judgment to determine appropriate action - Assists in the establishment, coordination, implementation and administration of various functional HR programs such as benefits, retirement, compensation, training, retention and similar functional programs - Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure end to end audit / compliance with administrative/delivery requirements of the company, federal and local regulations - May assist in design and delivery of various HR communications - Coordinates and supports functional projects with inside and outside customers and vendors - Participates in enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires strong process knowledge of HR processes and procedures - Potentially develops projects/processes that are of a large, cross-functional scope and align with Shared Services and Employee Experience strategy - Cross-trained in multiple HR administrative and support areas of the employee experience team - May serve as team lead on cross-functional projects - Serves as ambassador of the company culture code **Key Skills**: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong teamwork skills - Strong knowledge of MS Office and Access - Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills - Strong customer service skills - Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures - Ability to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures - Ability to work under general direction from immediate manager - Ability to support various global cultures virtually **Preferred Skills**: - Previous experience with basic payroll administration in one or more countries - Previous experience in basic benefits coordination in one or more countries - Previous experiencing performing relative to HR -metrics - Previous experience working with global, matrixed teams **Education/Experience**: - 2-4+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1-2+ years with a Master’s degree or PhD; or equivalent experience
