Digital Marketing Officer

**Responsibilities**
- **Keep** up to date with changes in Google's SEO and Social Media algorithms.
- **Monitor** Google & Social Media Analytics and other tools to understand content effectiveness.
- **Evaluate** important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience and improve effectiveness of digital outreach.
- **Prepare** accurate monthly baseline/endline reports on digital marketing performance
- **Collaborate** with the content team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- **Monitor** the website Live Chat and forward incoming inquiries from social media and website to relevant team members.
- **Oversee** all online events and other digital projects.
- **Identify** and liaise with key influencers, media contacts, outlets, and markets to support strategic communications goals
- **Update** and maintain databases and ensure that information storage and drives are regularly updated.
- **Participate** in internal culture development and diversity and inclusion efforts.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

**Experience**
- Minumum 3-5 years of experience

**Skills**
- You’ve spent significant time in professional digital marketing roles, with specific experience working in fast-moving, issues-based, highly decentralised organisations.
- You're motivated by the thematic focus of SBOX’s work and are passionate about purpose-driven social impact work
- You're an excellent project manager, able to manage, execute and successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- You’re an experienced and effective writer; with a strong hold on content for SEO.
- You have excellent leadership and people skills and can quickly establish rapport and build relationships.
- You're highly collaborative; able to offer and receive constructive feedback, and comfortable working in fast-paced and challenging contexts
- You’re talented and have proven the ability to craft media strategies for maximal impact
- You are comfortable to step out of your comfort zone and thrive in participating in the strategic and creative development of work without hand holding
- You are comfortable with tight timelines, creative sprints and collaboration
- You are independent, able to think quickly on your feet to produce solutions and clearly communicate for every challenge
- You're a great communicator; with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
