Job Title: Graphic Designer (Startup)

Job Summary:
As a graphic designer in a startup environment, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with the company's brand identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that effectively communicate the startup's message, enhance user experience, and support marketing and promotional efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Create and design visual materials for both digital and print platforms, including logos, websites, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the startup's goals, target audience, and branding guidelines.

3. Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with the startup's vision and effectively communicate its value proposition.

4. Work closely with the product team to design user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) elements that enhance usability and deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

5. Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating changes and revisions as necessary.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the startup's branding and marketing efforts.

7. Ensure consistency in visual branding across all marketing and communication channels.

8. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or digital agencies, to ensure high-quality production and delivery of designed materials.

9. Support the creation and maintenance of a design asset library, organizing and archiving design files and resources.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,500.00 per month
