Prt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to engage young learners.
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in children.
- **Subject Expertise**:

- Incorporate storytelling, activities, and practical examples to make learning enjoyable.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate and monitor students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Address individual needs of students and maintain records of their progress.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in school activities, events, and competitions.
- Encourage students to explore their interests in arts, sports, and other creative fields.
- **Parental Interaction**:

- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ academic and personal development.
- Offer strategies to parents for reinforcing learning at home.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with educational trends and technologies.
- Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Betul, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
