**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with marketing goals.

Create engaging content including text, image, and video optimized for each platform to foster audience interaction and engagement.

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to keep the brand ahead in the digital landscape.

Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other industry professionals to expand the brand's reach.

Qualifications:
Proven experience 0-1yr in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in analyzing data and generating insights to drive decision-making.

Knowledge of content marketing principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,597.50 - ₹39,156.29 per month
