We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at I Built It, a design and manufacturing firm specializing in Table Top Gaming and Model making products. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate manufacturing equipment including air compressors, laser cutters, and 3D printers
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and cleaning
- Keep track of daily machine operation time along with individual model cutting time
- Ensure product quality and accuracy by following standard operating procedures
- Work in tandem with the design team to improve production efficiency
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
