**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- **Team Coordination**: Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and efficiently.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns immediately.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Monitor project progress against the project schedule and budget. Report on progress, issues, and delays to project managers and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce hours. Prepare and submit regular site reports to management.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any construction-related problems or conflicts that arise on-site, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- **Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil construction work, with a proven track record of supervising construction sites and managing teams.
