Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Visualizer to join our team. As a Creative Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs and concepts that communicate our brand's message effectively. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative visual assets across various mediums to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, advertising, packaging, and promotional materials.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.

Transform ideas, briefs, and concepts into compelling visual representations that align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Create engaging visual content that enhances user experience, drives customer engagement, and supports marketing objectives.

Ensure all designs are visually consistent and adhere to brand guidelines, while exploring new creative directions and staying up-to-date with design trends.

Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing campaigns and materials.

Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.

Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of projects.

Maintain organized design files and assets, and effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.

Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement, staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software advancements.

A minimum of 1 years of professional experience as a Creative Visualizer or similar role, preferably in an agency or design studio environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities, including a range of projects across different mediums and industries.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Ability to interpret design briefs and transform them into visually impactful designs.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
