**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organizing the production planning of products and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring that production schedules are met.
- Preparation of Cost sheets, BOM Sheets, and T&A for the production process.
- Ensure that all materials & trims are available for production and that they meet the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet timely demands, while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
- Should possess strong relationships and contacts with vendors specializing in knits and woven fabrics in and around Delhi NCR.
- Take charge of production costs and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that all products meet the best quality standards. This includes inspecting samples, conducting quality tests, and identifying any defects or issues that need to be addressed.
- Create reports and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- A technical degree in Fashion Technology | Fashion Design
- Good knowledge of Fabrics & raw materials
- Good understanding of working with Vendors & Fabricators
- Knowledge of CAM- Computerized Stitching and embroidery, Digital Printing and Pattern Making and other processes of high fashion garment manufacturing.
- T&A Management
- Production Process Planning & follow up.
- Hands-on experience with MS- Office Package

Additionally, Should Possess good communication Skills, ability to learn & should be multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized in work.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
