Job Description: Tele Caller (Freshers)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Fresher Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating interest. You will also handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.

Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints effectively.

Record all call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
