
Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting Support**:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:
- Help in preparing and filing **GST**, **TDS**, and other tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
- **Audit Assistance**:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- **Coordination**:
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: B.Com, M.Com, or pursuing **CA/Inter CA**.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a **CA firm** or **articleship**.
- Basic understanding of **accounting principles** and **financial reporting**.
- Familiarity with **GST**, **TDS**, and other tax regulations.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and accounting software (e.g., **Tally**, **Zoho Books**).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
