**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase Royal Enfield bikes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven sales track record, preferably in automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for motorcycles and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
