**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for math teachers to enhance their teaching skills and methodologies.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the teaching staff.
- Audit and evaluate the performance of teachers to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers to help them improve their teaching techniques.
- Manage and coordinate all training-related activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and best practices in math education.
- Ensure that all training programs align with the institution’s educational goals and objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to training and auditing activities.
- Be available to manage work requirements on Sundays as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience in math teaching, with a deep understanding of math concepts and teaching methodologies.**:

- Previous experience in training and auditing teachers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a group of teachers effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work on Sundays as needed to meet training and auditing requirements.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with modern teaching tools and technology.
- Ability to adapt training methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving teaching standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
