**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Role**: UI UX designers create the user interface for an app, website, or other interactive media. An UI/UX designer is responsible for creating digital experiences that are visually appealing and user-friendly. They work to improve the user experience of products, even for established products.

**Mandatory skills**:

- Technical skills: A basic understanding of user research, technical constraints, and prototyping tools
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic HTML and CSS skills: The ability to make minor website changes

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Gathering and evaluating user requirements: Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, problems, and priorities
- Creating a design system: Create a design system, including graphic user interface elements like menus and tab widgets
- Creating prototypes and wireframes: Create prototypes and wireframes to improve the user experience
- Incorporating feedback: Feedback helps users understand the outcomes of their actions
- Maintaining and troubleshooting: Increase customer satisfaction by making products more usable, accessible, and fun.
