**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about our services and address client inquiries with professionalism.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to build strong relationships.
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in the recruitment or manpower industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
