(“KnowMerit”) is an Indian educational technology startup company, headquarters

located at Hyderabad. Initially the company is focusing on offering live 1-On-1 tutoring

services globally to the K-12 segment and for competitive exams. Key Responsibilities
- As

a KnowMerit Coding teacher, your primary responsibility will be to teach Coding to

students remotely through various online platforms such as video conferencing, virtual

whiteboards, and other digital tools.

The specific job details may vary depending on the educational institution or organisation

you work for, but generally, your duties may include:

- Planning and delivering online coding lessons to students of different levels and abilities
- Preparing teaching materials such as worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Providing feedback and guidance to students on their progress.
- Assessing student understanding and identifying areas where they may need additional

help or support.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and

motivation.
- Communicating with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Coding education and online

teaching techniques.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities as required.
- Ensuring a safe and respectful online learning environment for all students.

Shift - In between 8;00 pm to 8;00 am

NOTE ** We get good demos in between 1;30 am to 6;30 am ) (6 slots to be given by the

teacher)

Qualifications
- To qualify for the role of an online coding teacher, you will typically need a

bachelor's degree in informatics or a related field, as well as a teaching certification or

licence. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, strong

organisational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You

may also need experience using online teaching platforms and tools, as well as a good

understanding of different learning styles and strategies for teaching Coding effectively

online. No payment for no show

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
