**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**:

- Plan and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for driving traffic.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for target keywords.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for better crawling and indexing.
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and relevant industry websites for backlinks.
- **Content Management**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure website content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic trends, and conversions.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- [1-3 years] of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
