Job Description: As a Digital Marketer at [Startup Name], you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team and other cross-functional teams to implement effective digital campaigns and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in line with the company's objectives.
**SEO Optimization**: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
**Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and running paid campaigns.
**Paid Advertising**: Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve ROI goals.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Generate regular reports and recommend optimizations.
**A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on various digital channels to optimize content and campaigns for better results.
**Marketing Automation**: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and personalize marketing efforts.
**Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
**Budget Management**: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
