We at Pret-Fab are looking to hire a Textile Designer for our Corporate Office in Delhi (Ghitorni). Please share your CV along with your portfolio highlighting creative abilities **ONLY IF **you befit the role.

**PREREQUISITE**:

- You have a min of 5 yrs relevant experience designing Exquisite Collection for Men, Women & Home Accessories.
- You are a good communicator, highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism.

**KEY RESPONSIBLE AREA**
- Create and develop original and reinterpretation design & concepts that are functional and aesthetically pleasing within the specified collection of accessories
- Work with a wide range of materials to create new fabrics and textures that can be used by manufacturers to make their products more appealing to consumers.
- Oversee production of final product, ensuring that it meets all specifications
- Brainstorming ideas on forthcoming season selections and design collections and on the feasibility and practicality of designs
- Design concept, photography, photo styling, and post-production for catalog, website, and other promotional materials to achieve brand consistency.
- Researching collection trends - colors, designs and fabrics
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new design printing, production techniques and têxtile technology

- **Creative Skills**:Adept at thinking outside the box in order to come up with innovative, creative designs and solutions. You work on defined parameters and guidelines to create a new design that are trend-driven, innovative, and recognizable
- **Drafting & Sketching**: Accurately draft, interpret and produce sketches & designs - experimenting with colour, fabric and texture for technical drawings and schematics for production.
- **Computer-aided design softwares**: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD, Indesign, and other design softwareto create patterns for fabrics. Create virtual models of the product and make changes to the design before it’s produced.
- **Color theory**: Excellent and Thorough understanding of color sense and the ability to understand how the palettes interact with each other to create appealing designs, patterns and textures for fabrics.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
