**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with company goals and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling narratives that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing, including lighting, sound, and post-production.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into video content creation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Continuously improve video content based on analytics and audience feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content and creative storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of photography and graphic design.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
