**Job Summary**: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our hotel team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring guests receive exceptional service during their dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction in our hotel’s restaurant or dining area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including special offers.
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables between guests.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Follow hotel and food safety regulations, including handling food and beverages safely.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and promotions to inform guests.
- Uphold a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and presentation.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events, banquets, or conferences.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
