As a QA Inspector at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring that our precision machined products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough inspections of precision machined products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
2. Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure accuracy in product dimensions and tolerances.
3. Conduct visual inspections to identify surface imperfections, defects, and anomalies in machined components.
4. Document and report inspection results, including non-conformities and corrective actions, in accordance with company procedures.
5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and standards.
7. Adhere to safety and quality regulations while performing inspection activities.
Qualifications:
