What You’ll Do Adopt, mentor, and evangelize Agile values and principles in the team. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Help teams implement changes effectively and ensure work are up to quality standards at the end of each iteration. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during iterations. Who You Are You have knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. Ability to coordinate people and projects (anticipating and facilitating changes) with your mind set on results. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes with an ability to adapt as needed. Minimum 2 years of experience in a scrum master (Agile practitioner) role Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) - Familiarity with multiple "flavors" of agile, including both process and engineering practices including Scrum, XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, etc. Degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant fields - One or more related certifications such as Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe ScrumMaster Certification or SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster Certification - Proficient in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, etc U.S. employees have **access** to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
