**JOB DESCRIPTION - Training Executive**

**Role Purpose: -**

This role is primarily responsible for the conduction of internal technical training and for the necessary coordination and communication.

**Key Role Deliverables: -**

Ø Conducting all types of technical trainings with excellent feedback

Ø Managing and maintaining records in the manner provided by CMS IT or as per the industry standard.

Ø Responsible for all types of communication with stakeholders w.r.t trainings.

Ø Responsible for preparing question banks for technical assessments.

Ø Responsible for conducting technical assessments.

Ø Design and development of technical contents for the intended training programs

Ø Preparing teaching aid and learning material for the training programs.

Ø Upgrading to new skills as per the skill upgradation plan.

**Skills Required**:
Ø Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Ø Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Ø Excellent technical knowledge of Desktop Hardware, Desktop Operating systems like Windows 10, Windows 11, MS-Outlook, Networking Fundamentals, O365, Windows Server Operating System, Routing & Switching, Unix /Linux etc.

Ø Good proficiency with MS-Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,446.07 per month
