**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to engage students and make learning enjoyable.
- Explain complex concepts in simple terms to ensure all students understand the lessons.
- Foster a love for learning by creating a positive and dynamic classroom environment.
- **Lesson Planning and Preparation**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational standards and cater to the learning needs of students.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources, including worksheets, assignments, and visual aids, to enhance lesson delivery.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies such as games, activities, storytelling, and group work to make lessons engaging.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a disciplined, safe, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior effectively by implementing classroom rules and maintaining order.
- Encourage active participation from students and ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn and succeed.
- **Student Assessments**:

- Regularly assess and monitor students' academic progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and informal assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' work, helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain individual records of students’ progress and development and report to parents as needed.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and development.
- Hold parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on students’ academic performance and well-being.
- Work with parents to set learning goals and collaborate to address any challenges a student may face.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Actively engage in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities such as school events, sports day, art and craft sessions, and cultural activities.
- Encourage students to participate in these activities to help in their holistic development.
- **Health, Safety, and Well-being**:

- Ensure that students follow good hygiene practices and maintain a clean, safe environment in the classroom.
- Monitor students’ health and well-being and report any concerns to school authorities.
- Supervise students during break times, lunch, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies, tools, and educational trends to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in school-based professional development sessions, workshops, and training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and contribute to the overall improvement of teaching practices at the school.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
