IT & Advanced Excel Trainer

**Location**: Training Centers in Howrah / Hooghly / North 24 Parganas / South 24 Parganas

**Salary Range**: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IT training sessions across our training centres located in Howrah, Hooghly, and 24 Parganas.
- Design course materials, tutorials, and handouts tailored to the needs of the audience with different levels of technical expertise.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of learners, providing feedback, support, and additional training as required to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
- Collaborate with other trainers and the administrative staff to schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars effectively.
- Ensure that all training sessions are conducted in a professional, efficient, and engaging manner to maximize learning outcomes.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and a fundamental understanding of AI technologies.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understandable manner.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
- Thorough knowledge of Advanced Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
