ConnektHomes is an exciting new start-up in the hospitality space. We create and provide design centric serviced apartments for alternative accommodation for short term stay in prime urban areas.

The founder is an architect/Ivy League MBA. We currently have ~40 flats in Mumbai. We are looking to grow our small team with entrepreneurial, hardworking individuals for the position - in Revenue Management (hospitality heavy background required)
Key responsibilities:
2.Managing revenues based on daily booking data, to predict demand; therefore developing the ability to make sensible decisions regarding pricing, to maximize revenue; hence resulting in a profit.
3. Making sure that our content is accurate and up to date on these sites.
4. Updating pricing and booking policies on a daily basis.
5. Handling pressure and adjusting to a fast pace atmosphere are a must, handling a large volume of calls and online communications. Simultaneously and formulating solutions on the go; the role demands that you remain calm under pressure and yet be productive
6. Instilling and promoting confidence in our brand with customers
We offer a conducive, informal work environment and salary commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
