We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Video Editor to help us produce high-quality video content consistently. This is not a one-off project; we are looking for a dedicated professional who can handle a regular flow of editing assignments, contributing to our ongoing content strategy. We value creativity, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality final products according to project specifications and brand guidelines.
- Incorporate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements as needed.
- Select and mix appropriate audio, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Color grade and correct footage to achieve a consistent and professional look.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for their intended platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
- Collaborate effectively with our content team, including producers, writers, and designers, to understand project goals and deliver impactful edits.
- Manage and organize video assets efficiently.
- Meet deadlines consistently and communicate proactively regarding project progress.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, software, and **especially AI-powered editing tools and workflows.**:

- Actively explore and leverage AI tools to enhance editing efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, improve quality (e.g., upscaling, noise reduction, intelligent cut detection, transcript generation for subtitles), and introduce innovative effects.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- **Demonstrable familiarity and practical experience with AI video editing tools and workflows (e.g., RunwayML, Descript, Topaz Video AI, Adobe Sensei features, intelligent transcription services, AI-powered color grading, etc.). Please highlight specific tools you've used and how they've benefited your work.**:

- Excellent understanding of video production, post-production, and motion graphics principles.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in audio editing and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to your own editing software/hardware.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work.
- Proactive and adaptable, willing to take feedback and iterate on edits.

**Bonus Points (Optional, but a plus)**:

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating custom assets.
- Experience with animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
