**Job Title**:Operator - ITI Fresher**

**Department**: Production / Maintenance
**Location**: Silvassa, Gujarat
**Reports To**: Production Supervisor / Shift Incharge

**Job Summary**

We are looking for motivated **ITI Freshers** to join as **Operators** in our **wire drawing plant**. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing industrial setup. The role involves hands-on work in production or maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and assist in **wire drawing or utility machine operations**:

- Follow instructions and support senior technicians
- Conduct **basic quality checks** and maintain a clean work area
- Strictly follow **safety protocols** and company SOPs
- Report equipment issues or process deviations to the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- ITI pass in any trade**:Fitter / Electrician / Turner / Wireman / R&A / Mechanical, etc.**:

- **Fresher (0-1 year experience)**:

- **Willing to work 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) - Mandatory**:

- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Quick learner with a good attitude and discipline

**Working Conditions**
- Industrial shop floor with machinery, noise, and heat
- **12-hour rotational shifts**, including **nights and weekends**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
