Pet Groomer/ para Vet

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the veterinarian in routine checkups, vaccinations, and minor procedures
- Monitor animals before and after treatment for health changes or side effects
- Maintain accurate medical and treatment records for all animals
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Collect samples (blood, urine, feces) for diagnostic testing
- Support grooming and feeding routines as per veterinarian guidance
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, diet, and hygiene
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of clinic/store area
- Maintain inventory of medicines and veterinary supplies
- Handle emergencies with calm and professional care

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma in Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Assistant Course
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with animals or in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with basic animal health care, wound dressing, and first aid
- Strong observational and record-keeping skills
- Patience, compassion, and ability to handle animals of all temperaments
- Effective communication in Hindi and/or local dialect; English is a plus
- Ability to lift and handle animals of various sizes safely
- Basic knowledge of pet nutrition and preventive healthcare

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
