**Job Title**: Application Lead - SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

**Location**: Bengaluru

**Experience Required**: Minimum 4+ to 7.5 years in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
**Notice Period**: 0- 15 days

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** in **SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting**.
- Oversee and own decision-making processes within the team, ensuring accountability.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and play a key role in critical business and technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges, both within the immediate team and across functions.
- Facilitate **knowledge-sharing sessions** to build team capabilities and expertise.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Ensure solutions are designed and delivered with a focus on **scalability, quality, and efficiency**.

**Professional & Technical Skills**

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting**.
- Deep understanding of **financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices**.

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Exposure to **SAP integration tools**.
- Familiarity with **data migration strategies and tools**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
