**Location**: Hotel Le Royal Park,Puducherry

**Job Purpose**:
To provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests with their luggage and related services, ensuring a positive first impression and enhancing the guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities.
- Deliver items requested by guests, such as luggage, amenities, or messages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, corridors, and luggage areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with the front office.
- Assist in handling luggage during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Support other hotel departments as required, including room service and F&B.
- Report lost and found items and any guest complaints to the supervisor.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum Education: High School or equivalent.
- Age: 18-35 years.
- Physically fit and able to carry luggage.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Neat appearance, well-groomed, and courteous.
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front office services is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Shift-based work including
- Standing and walking for long periods.
- Lifting and moving luggage as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
